Welcome to Central Baptist Church Oakville and thank you for taking the time to visit our website. We are glad you stopped by. We are a multi-ethnic multi-generational congregation, gathering in a relaxed atmosphere. We meet together seeking to encounter Jesus Christ and learn to live a transformed life. At 10 am each and every Sunday morning we worship in two services, one in English and one in Portuguese. At the same hour, we have our Sunday School time for children. Come be our guest and stay to be part of our family.

"The joy of the Lord is my strength."
We worship a loving God who reaches down to each one of us with compassion and understanding. We recognize that all of us are on a spiritual journey. A journey that starts with getting to know who Jesus Christ is. When we recognize Jesus as the Son of God, we are born again and come into the family of God. It is then an ongoing process of becoming like Him in our living so we can be with Him in our dying. None of us here at Central have arrived at where we would like to be. The journey is made richer as we walk together. Come be our guest, join us in the journey and stay to be part of the family.
"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."
Central Baptist Church
59th Anniversary 2012
Next year, we as a church will celebrate sixty years here in Oakville. And as part of the celebration we are taking on a very ambitious project. As a church we are committing ourselves to raise some funds for the repair and updating of our building here at the corner of Morden and Rebecca.
Join with us! Come lend a hand!
